Zac's Cartographer
Populate maps quickly and efficiently with trees, hills, and mountains using Zac's Cartographer. If you've never used tile placing or removing with GML now is a good time to learn! Just take a look at the heavily commented scripts found in the single object's events.
I think this will work on unregistered, it even explains how to generate the base map in the game info using the free GIMP or Photoshop.

Needs only 1 object + 1 script.
Map is saved via screenshot.

This is a nice example. I think 7/10 suits this. But it is definitely a high 7.
