Ooh, melty! Pick a picture, and it melts it (sort of). Best on images around 640x480, but works either way. Should I bother making it better?

8? 7? Seriously, this is a neat effect, could be great as a transition effect, like entering a battle in an RPG, not hard to speed up either, so I'm gonna give it a 9! :D
Cool
I didn't find it slow or anything. Would be cool in a program with other picture effects. You should make the possibility to save the picture at any moment during the process then.

Thanks for the comments guys! <3
It could definitely be optimized. I just made it for a mission on another site, so I didn't feel like doing the extra work. If I include it in a game, I'll make sure to speed it up.

Would be perfect for a FPS rain system!! (just fix the lag)

BTW the lag doesn't happen on the actual game thing, but it lags the rest of the computer.
It's nice and all, but I ran into some problems when I tried to open another file after I selected one to apply the effects to. It still happens between runs of the example EXEs made in the TEMP folder. Now I can only open the file I originally used to apply the effect to.
Anyways, this doesn't really matter, since the actual picture-melting script is what counts. It ran pretty fast for me, using about 30-40% of my CPU. Like what Juju said, keep working on this! :D
