So I'm making pong. Don't stop reading just yet :P. It will have online functionality through my new system. You will not need to enter ip addresses with this, instead you will get a nice handy-dandy server list. Also you will get your own username on my site to use with the game, where you can build up points on the leader board by winning online matches. There are three modes, being PvP, PvC (not pipes), and online. I have created some very sexy menus, showed in the screens below. I've also attempted making authentic pong graphics, so you will get all the glowing pixel & scanline good-ness. Although they are still being worked on. So here are some yummy screen shots for you.

So yeah, my great grandmother was born on the 29th of February, in the year 1908. Today she finally turns 25. So celebrate, her kids' kids have kids. And she's only 25. :]

Alright, diving practice today was pretty cool. I was at like seven in the morning, and I brought a doughnuts for my team, and now I'm even more awesome. I'll scan a couple for you guys to eat later; And yes, it works that way.

Game Maker
I've been interested as hell in fractals lately, which is why I have come to create a mandelbrot generator. Not just any Mandelbrot generator, but one build for speed, it can handle up to 10000 iterations per pixel in a 640x480 image in roughly 10 seconds. You might think, wtf slow!, but no, an average mandelbrot generator would take about 2 minutes on the same size image with a tenth of the iterations. I will post an executable within this blog as soon as I can, I have school tomorrow, and I am reaching the later areas of the night. So somewhere upon tomorrow after noon.

I'm not completely sure, but I think our school has just been the first to issue out iPods as an educational tool. We actually get to listen to each days lesson through a Pod Cast. Now, you cannot read this and not tell me how kickass that is.
iPod Touch
Yup, I'm getting one. I'm getting the 8Gb version, since that is plenty. For those of you who don't know, it's almost exactly like an iPhone, but without the phone. As soon as I receive this, I will write a blog using the awesome onscreen touch keyboard, just to make you all jealous. "How will you do that?" Yes, it was Wi-Fi built in, so cry bitches, because I win.
MS Paint
Search it on YouTube, there are some amazing painters out there... that use MS Paint. Just watching these movies has influenced my mind to attempt it myself. I made an iChub (aka iPod Nano, the new ones.) and it looks quite badass, I'll just toss a pic of that in with the mandelbrot generator forementioned.

Yeah, I decided I will start making money by designing things such as polls, hit counters, unique ip hit counters, ect... that people can place on their websites and myspace pages and such. But these will come with an ad for the site on them, and $2 gets it off. And no sillies... you can't edit the code to get it off, I made sure of that. The trinkets are all located on my site, and you use the <iframe> tag. don't worry, you don't have to know how that works though, when you create a trinket it generates the code for you which you just copy pasta wherever you want.

Ever since I started programming, I have always been interested in AI. Now, pathfinding may be easy from a topdown perspective, but what happens when you throw in gravity and friction? Your AI will have to adapt to these variables and take action accordingly. I will be starting small AI competitions every other day. They will be due the next day. So todays competition entries will be due tomorrow. Each competition after this one will also show the winner of the previous. So on to the competition.
In this competition you must use the simple platform engine provided below. It is extremely smooth and you may use it in games. But you must use it in your AI entry or you will be disqualified. You cannot modify the engine in any way or that will also result in a disqualification. You may use pathfinding, but your AI cannot directly follow the path, it must follow the basic platform physics. You cannot edit the room, the sprites, or room speed. you cannot make your AI move in any way other than through the engine. I'm sorry, but I use Vista, so the Engine will have to be a *.gmk. If anyone will be so kind to convert it to *.gm6 I will post a link to that here too so others can use that.

Alright, after the epic success of WebHouseX, I have decided to start creating a site especially for 64digits members to fight each other. You will choose a faction, there will be 2. We will have a vote here so I can finalize everything.
One of the factions will definitly be "The Ciribots," but I have no idea what to put as the other. As in WebHouseX, it appeared to be TG Vs. The Ciribots, so will TG get his own faction? Or what would you like 64Digits. Since this is going to be my biggest tribute to 64Digits history. And beleive me, it will be epic.
So, tell me what you would like the second faction to be, and what you would like in the game. I'll choose the coolest sounding faction by the end of the day, and I'll do my best to incorperate every reasonable suggestion.
(Reasonable as in not wanting to literally make other players' computer screens explode ;) .)
So yeah, I will probably use PW3 to make the graphics since I want them to look quite avatar-ish looking. If any mods are in on this, possibly allowing badges for like setting off a nuke and killing somewhere neer 100 other players at once... stuff like that.

I also need to be able to use GMPhysics, and 39dll. Oh yeah, forgot to say, Flip Man is going online to, a large room where people bounce on each other 'n shit.

Yeah, I have started making something completely pointless the will most likey end up becoming huge then forgotten. WebHouseX. You buy a grid space in the community, if you buy it right on the bottom or right edge, the community will expand. You get a house where you can then add rooms. You can also click on the names of people from the Community view to see their houses. Absolutly no point, but go and build a house. I am currently working on allowing people to add rooms to their house, so right now you can just buy a spot and have you house there.

Still nothing... I basicaly spent about 4 days on a trampoline. I taught my friend a backflip, then he got a little overconfident and almost broke his back. :p. He just pulled a muscle though, he's fine.
Last Night
Holy shit, largest thunderstorm I've ever been in, the bolts of lightning were hitting all within like 100 yards of our house. It was the kind of thunder that makes a hugeass crack then an even bigger boom. I kept thinking something like "War of the Worlds" was going to happen. I kept expecting one of those eyeballish things to come straight through my door 'n shit. Prolly because I was delireous (Spelling?) at like 1:30AM. The first thunder clap woke me up, so I was up for about an hour.
