You scratch my back...

…and I'll scratch yours. Listen up.

I really want to start using 3D in my games so I'm here to strike a deal. You teach me 3D and I'll make you some models (or if you like you can just teach me without needing models). Either way, help me out…please?

As for those sweets yesterday…no-one came to our house! They must be on to me…

I went trick or treatin' for a while last night and I dressed up as a mad scientist. I got a white coat, my uncle's (enormous) glasses and I gelled my hair up. Now I'm eating sweets and I have sticky hair.

I have a good idea for a 3D game too (which I think has been done before, but meh). You are in control of a turret and have to blow up the enemies who are trying to attack your city. I already modeled a turret and I know how to get it into GM. Although, the texture is a bit messed up…

So help me out with 3D, ok?

Here is a sample of my modeling skills:

Thanks,

First off, what type of model is it? If it is supported, Marizipan can convert it into GML. From there, there is an example in the archive that i saw that is a really good example.

I know how to use Marzipan to get into GM. It's just that some things mess up when I'm trying to draw floors and move it about.

Also, I use 3Ds Max and I can export the models as .obj

I tried 3D modeling and sucked at it, so I admire anyone who can do it succesfully. The plane looks cool, good job.

Thanks. It takes a while to get used to it.
