Yesterday a bought an Xbox 360. There was a huge pricecut, and I was thinking about getting one anyway. With it I got 2 free games as well (Gears of War and PGR3) but I they're still sealed. If anyone wants to buy them, PM me.

I was planning on getting the Orange Box too, but it was sold out. Seems more people had the same plan as me.

So I didn't play anything? Well, I downloaded a couple demos and esspecially arcade games. I bought the full version of Rez HD (though my TV is crappy SD) and I'm really enjoying it. In the past few years I've often read things about Rez… it's one of these games that always sounded interesting but I never played it due to not having a PS2.

Basically, I bought my 360 with the money from the Winter Competition. Apart from a Wii game (Zack & Wiki) this is the first expensive thing I bought in a few months… I live cheap.

But why did I buy it? Just for Rez and the Orange Box it seems, because I have little interest in other games. (If there's something I need to buy tell me!). What I really like is the arcade. Nowadays I don't play games fully anyway, and with the arcade demos I can just briefly check 'em to see what they're about. Since I'm studying game design, and being so busy with it all the time, it seems I can't be bothered anymore to play games for hours on end. Often I play games just to understand why they're designed a certain way.

I look forward to Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, as well as Braid (maybe). I like N+ but I don't know if I should buy the full version. Any games you can recommend / I should look forward to?
