You might want to make sizes multiple choice somehow, since we won't necessarily was, say, 3 of the same size.
Also, is it possible to get different colours? If you had a white option I'd get one of each colour. Also I will need to measure one of my t-shirts. D:

It was annoying trying to get the google forms to do that, so I just added notes so that if you felt like it wasn't clear, you could fix it. :PEdit: Other colors will NOT be an option. With that, we won't get the bulk discount and everyone will have to pay about $20 per shirt.
