Alright thanks.
That's not dubstep, that's 2-step.
^ theyre similar
I don't think so.
They're different, I think.Oh well, It sounds like Dubstep.@Cyrus it's because the MIME type for some MP3s is x-application for some daft reason.
Well, yes, 2-step and dubstep are similar because dubstep grew out of a fusion of the triplet bass grooves of dub and the wide open drum beats of 2-step. The notable difference between the two is the presence of a warm sub-harmonic bass synth that plays (often) behind the beat in dubstep. What you've got here is a slightly up-tempo 2-step song with a euro-dancey, chorused, lead+5th bass line. Kinda trance as well.
Still nice though. Might want to tame your side-chaining compression a little, some tracks are ducking a bit far.@juju: thanks :o yeah this is sort of an early wip track. I just put down the main melody and stuff for the idea of the song. But I will keep that in mind. I also wanna fix the percussion, because i dont like it at all.
@flashback: thats odd…It's a bit busy on the ol' hihat, I'll give you that.
