Hey. I tried out sanctum before but i just recently bought the collectors edition for $5.

The collectors edition comes with maps and everything for $5.Sanctum is a 3D tower defense game that you use your weapons and towers to kill the creatures heading towards your portal (?).But if that is not enough, the chat uses microsoft sam! or you can use a headset. rofl.So me and jeremy have played a little bit, so if you were thinking about buying it, I would definitely buy it now that it is on a heavy discount.If not thats fine, but its worth trying out the demo if you are unsure.–After playing ill work on the api and stuff that is keeping me busy

Seriously, how many free weekends has sanctum had?I've tried the demo, it was kinda fun, I'm sure it would be even better if I wasn't one of the many people with Steamerson's Disease, as it didn't hold my attention much, because I was thinking about buying more games and which game I would play from my massive backlog.
But the game is pretty awesome if you play with others. I tried it singleplayer, and got my ass handed to me in later waves, even with a bunch of paths blocked off and the heaviest upgrades/weaponry.Game's not meant for solo play.@eva: yeah its really not. Can you play multiplayer on the demo?Yeah. If you get the game without the extra maps its like 2.49 or something. Which isnt too bad

Orcs Must Die! Is the best tower defense I've played recently. Except it gets rediculously hard, lol.

Welll, kind of. It's a lot like Sanctum. Buy spaces of defenses to fend off the incoming horde, and you got various weapons to use too. It's the newest take on tower defense games. Though there are games that flip the tower defense formula around, and make -you- the incoming horde, like Anomaly Warzone Earth.
