Yeah, most of the member here got with hard with college and the inability to finish anything. But we certainly promote other users to make games! :D
Many people here make games, but we just tend to be very busy (or take on ambitious projects), so whether or not they get finished is another story.

I attempt to get work done on my game but lack the skill/determination to get very far.
Others of us have five or more games we're actively working on and lack the focus to pick one and stick with it (call it sporadic inspiration).
