This is a special blog. FYI, we got 2000 members, it's Shadow Yoshi's birthday, and I'm feeling special tonight.
Today, you will witness the past and present of 64 Digits. :)—Nov 10th, 2004Then, more members joined, as the site updated and gradually gained its popularity.Nov 23rd, 2004As you can see, the upload system was finally fixed then, as even more people joined.…The site didn't change much, until v2 came out. Hobomonkey starts the virtual quilt. News system is now editable, and the PM system was complete! As we continue in time, we arrive to the time where Halibutski joins as the 1000th member. The reputation system that JakeX once made is now deleted for unknown reasons. Then, RSS Feeds![:O]Flashback makes the poll system! Yay! Onward in time, Melee-Master, soon-to-be-head-admin, starts to plan v3, with all new functions. The all-new 24 hour limit gets added so the examples/games gain more popularity. Then, the despised usertag gets created. This is around June 2006, when the server switches! This was about the time at which I had joined, and recently visited India on vacation. I witnessed as chiggerfruit became the new Comment Mod. w00t2 months later, the HUGE DOWNTIME of 64D occurs, where the site becomes inaccessible for about 2 days. >_>It's getting to be high tide, as Melee adds Game Tracking, the Warning System, Dynamic Imaging, and the Game Submission standards. TwisterGhost starts to play a major role in the Game Moderation, right about when the Game Submission system failed for a few days. That was eventually fixed. Not long before, JakeX completes ColumnsX, as it becomes a big hit throughout 64 Digits and the Game Maker Community.Soon, reviewers are made, with Arcalyth being the first. Not even a year later, we reach our grand 2k member! Yay!—

You're kidna lacking a lot of stuff there. And we've still got like 6 more months before 2 years. XDOther than that, you people pay too much attention to 64digits.It goes down for two days, and everyone gets upset. It's really quite sad…I made the site, and I honestly have no clue wtf you people do here all day.Whatever, so long as you've had fun, s'all good. XD"You just made the site, so who gives a shit?" - MSN Conversation
This site is the only GM site I visit. Not because of the great games here but, also because this site has kept me going with GM, but it has pushed me to improve the quality of my game making. I was here fairly early on in the 64 era (I'm member 383) and I can't remember what brought me here. but I stayed and I'm glad I did that…
(I type too much…:()wow, a news blog that talked about a game?
Mhm.
