Whats the holiday called again?

Well, as we all know, at least for the people in the USA, which is at least a good portion of us, Thanksgiving is right around the corner. A day where we celebrate with food and what we are thankfull for this year, or some related to that. Me? I'll most likely be sitting at this computer, chatting and Game Makering. I never really liked Thanksgiving, partly for the fact that I'm never hungry on the last Thursday of November, and partly for the fact that I HATE (WITH THE HATRID OF A THOUSAND WII OWNERS WHO INSIST ON BASHING OTHER GAME CONSOLES) cranberry sauce. I just hate anything with cranberry in or around it.

So, this Thanksgiving, remember that not all of us like this holiday, and would prefer it to just be a day with much less food and thankfullness for all the wrong reasons. We should be thanking the Native Americans that live in Maine.

In Game Maker news, the usual.

The onlything I AM thankfull for about this holiday is getting out of school for the next 4 days.

The native Americans who lived in Maine 400 years ago can't hear your thanks; better to give it to the One Who can, and Who is responsible for those native Americans being there in the first place.

The people who crossed over the land bridge between North America and Asia near the end of the last ice age. I read history.

History is that which is recorded, not that which is conjectured. Some believe they may have come by boat from China-area Asia, routed through the Pacific Islands.

But, either way, they can't hear your thanks. Better to thank the One Who can. (and the One Who made that land bridge, or those islands.)

Thanksgiving isn't a religious holiday. It's more in the same area as the 4th of July and Labor day.

For you, maybe. But for us people in the USA, it's this Thursday, aka, tomorrow/today (depending on where you live).

I was about to call you a retard and slap you across the face, but then I realized you might not live in America.
