Alrighty then, I've got the hang of how the blog system works by now (this is the first time I have ever read/seen one). I like it a lot :)

Anyways, this will be my official Lemmings Blog. I will be updating this AS I code…so pretty frequently, until the release of the game. If by any chance I get to make it to the WIP section, I will continue updating both here and there.

Every time I update my blogs from now on, I will post the update number in the title *#. So Lemmings GM Blog *1. This is so you the reader can simply skip this if you have already seen the update, however, in the case of this particular blog, I will only update when I reach 100% or add a new WIP feature. I will also include the demo number by following the *# with a r# (release number). So at the time of this post, the title will be [Carlos] Official Lemmings GM Blog *1r3

OK, on to the update.

LATEST Demo PIC: 6:49pm

Stoppers are completed now. These guys were pretty simple to code. Next up Bombers. Animation will be much harder, as I'll have to use particles (something I've never used before)…however I really wish to stay as true to the original as possible, I'll figure something out.

* Fully editable Graphics. All variables used in the game (such as the sprite files, sprite animation speed, position, everything), is loaded from an external file. This allows you to efficiently modify the graphics to what ever size you wish…without touching a single line of code to compensate for the new scales.

* Variables, Variables, Variables. Nearly every variable is loaded from an external file! An engine that can be edited without a single line of code!!!

CODER's SECTION

Due to very little response from the last coder's section, I will only be doing them on request (It's a lot of work if no ones benefiting from it!). Please post a suggestion for a tutorial or example for me to work on!

It's a blog, not a webpage. You don't need to make "coder section" or a new game everytime you post a new blog. Just relax. ^_^
