Re-registered and Restricted [Kilin]

Posted by Castypher on Dec. 10, 2007, 2:04 p.m.

Okay, most annoying thing happened. Really long blog suddenly erased when I went to get my Wii code. Fix it, please.

Wii Code: 2370-0450-0807-1273

Yeah, I got Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games for the multiplayer (and online). If you have it and want to play, add me and leave your Wii code. If you need any more details, let me know. I don't have my friend code on the game yet. =(

Pac, I assume you already have this. [;)] If you have a Wii, that is (pretty sure you do).

So, let's discuss matters of my title.

First, I contacted YYG about their GM7 re-registration problems, and they got back to me and fixed it, so I am registered again. Yay me.

Seprex, I just got my antivirus software to (unwillingly) bypass that crack. Ah, well. Thanks anyway.

LA is perfectly intact, so I'll continue to work on that. CFL has been reinspired as I checked back to older e-mails with serprex about it. So that's another project I hope to finish.

Now, for the "Restricted" part of my title…my mom got a new wireless router and cut off my Internet access with her implementation of a *secret* WEP key. They're so bothersome that I can't play online at home, even on my Wii. So, I'm only available at school and my dad's house (where I am for a week, beginning Thursday).

Also, my college classes have ended for the semester and I have one last final exam. Health 1030. Yeah, fun.

Oh, and you silly people who have issues with Vista. Go get an opinion and evaluation of your own. The people who are too insecure to go against the majority and say they don't hate Vista are the ones I'm talking to.

J@D, though you are a Vista-hater, you had a very nice self-evaluation. I respect that.

So, to others, just grow up and learn to be tolerant. We've all heard about Vista's problems, so be mature and learn to deal with it.

Enough ranting abpout Vista. That's enough from me.

Peace out,

Kilin

It's posssibe, but'll take a hell of a long time. Days of constant work, mebbs?

Is vista OK? My YMachine has Vista, but I'm considering dual-booting Xp too…

@serprex: Ah, yes. [;)]

@PY: Glad you have no problems with Vista. You can do the whole dual-OS thing, and it should be fine. I actually recommend that. Vista's very nice once you get used to it. 'Tis a networking god. =)

Go on the hardwired PC (if applicable), type in the IP of the router (google the make) and look up the key.

Go on youtube and watch a video on how to hack a wep key in less than three minutes.

Ignore ghg. You can't find a router's WEP key by looking at it's IP address.

You can crack it though, using a good make of wireless card and a KNOPPIX LiveCD.

As for Vista, the answer isn't to "get over it". The answer is to replace it. I personally like Kubuntu.

Ben.. you fail. That's not what ghg said to do.

Crack the WEP key. I've read about it on the internet and it seems easy with the right apps. I would attempt to crack the routers my wii can detect, too bad they don't have enough reach for my computer.
