10,000 is now the topic of this blog.

Seeing as I gained 75 hits on my last blog, I'm making one last desperate attempt to get 10,000 hits, then I can have an internet life again, which is, in fact, utter chaos, just like life at 64Digits.

9954 hits as of writing this.

Remember what I said about gerbils and rodents taking over the world? They will. However, keep in mind that the one with the 10,000th hit is the one who gets the cookie, and spares his own life.

Those who lied about 10k hits shall perish. *devilish laugh*

So, let's lighten up the mood here, what with rodents ruling the world, there needs to be a little more nonsensical stuff. War is nonsensical, but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for utter insanity! That's what gerbils use to entertain themselves, you see.

My logo has become a falcon, because birds of prey eat little rodents. That's so they recognize who their mediator (and occasionally master) is.

Well, I couldn't think of utter insanity, so here's some news.

Novel

If you didn't know I was a novelist/author, you're either gone or oblivious. Checking the profile often helps. I've made some good progress in my book, but since I've had to restart a good amount of times, I've only gotten 10,000 words.

What's so special about 10,000? Why, it's the topic of this blog. The amount of hits I have, and the amount of words. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else relating to 10,000.

From now on, I'm doing game reviews. I might do some for 64D games, but we'll see.

Weekly Game Review

Lost in Blue 3

Lost in Blue is a survival game series for the Nintendo DS, and is made by Konami. Although I like action games as much as the next kid, I'm also a real sucker for adventure games such as this.

I've been playing this for a while now, and that's all I use my DS for at the moment. It's a pretty fun game, besides being more work than play, trying to keep your character alive with their insatiable hunger and ever-depleting energy and thirst. You can actually die in one day, which, in real life, is pretty unrealistic. If you have 100% of all of your health (including hunger, water, and energy), depletion of water and energy will eventually lead you to death within hours if you don't take care of them.

The game's difficulty is actually very high. While you aren't trying to stay alive, you're figuring out the storyline and a way off of the island you're trapped on. This leaves little time, however for doing anything else, and you could be playing for several game months (four for me on the last game).

I'd recommend it to people who don't prefer blood over everything else, and can play a relaxing (yet tense at the same time) game for many hours on end.

Last bit of news. Beginning tomorrow night at around 7:00 PM (GMT - 7:00), I will be ready to do some Brawling. Be sure to give me your friend codes if you haven't already, and we'll all get online and play.

TG also had that 64D Brawl tourney. I wonder when that's going down.
