Entaro Polystyrene Man.
I'm back from camping. It was… a veritable hell.We had to walk a half a mile to use the bathroom. The surface of my right arm is now comprised mostly of mosquito bites. (seriously, 43 last I counted.)I didn't take a shower until I got back because the showers at the campground were disgusting. On the brighter side:I went on a tour of a coal mine; it was like Minecraft IRL. I got a chunk of iron as a souvenir, all I need is two sticks and I've got myself a shovel. We ate out at this fancy Italian place on the ride home. And between Poly and Spectre's help, I got this script working for drawing surfaces and emulating a view. Although, I realized after a point that I won't be able to do tile art, so instead each room will have to have its own background/foreground, probably loaded externally if I can figure out how to do that. So, thanks Poly and Spectre. That's all for now.
What LAR said.
@Tubes It was a nasty brick building with toilets/sinks/showers in it and a stone floor that was mostly covered in pools of what I can only refer to as "Mystery liquid."Also, I neglected to mention, I also went to Silent Hill.Yeah, the attraction is that there's nothing there… but there used to be something there.
We didn't see any smoke, but we saw really big mounds of coal (coal ash?) and a lot of debris, which we couldn't tell if it was stuff from houses that were demolished or if it was just garbage that was dumped by PA rednecks.Me and my brother climbed a small mountain that had a stone road going all the way up and over it. Once we got to the top we gave up and turned around, but we found an abandoned, smokey, stuffed rabbit and kept the nasty thing as a souvenir.Unfortunately, we didn't find any witches or demons.Edit: For those who aren't following.
