OK… Starburst Nautica (my wicked cool game) is just started and its ALREADY up to 9.19 MB !!!!
is there a max upload limit? like, the game could end up to be somewhere near 20 MB, and im wondering if u have a limit cause i dont remember one.well, otherwise u could void the limit for me and put it in the database anyway lol cause its gonna be good.ALSO im having trouble haveing the game turn a small square thats like 10x10 (its a background) into a .jpg file thats 1024x768 in the same folder the game is in. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IM DOING WRONG? tell me how u do it.
not as good as mp3 dumbass. i only use the highest quality. you cant even make sound-effects or ambience with .mid
sorry, im in a bad mood
The sound quality of midi playback has MUCH more to do with the soundcard than the speakers (unless the speakers were EXTREMELY bad, of course). The problem is, though, there are some things midi just sucks at, so you'll never get that "perfect" sound, plus, depending on the sound card and system setup of each user, they'll likely not hear the same thing anyway. If you want the music to be SURE to sound a certain way, midi just doesn't cut it.
On the other hand, having to download that much tends to make me just not download it at all. Don't forget that some of us are pathetic little 56Kers, and may not want to wait 1hr+ just to try out an unfinished version of the game. It would be a good idea to have a MP3-less version of it available, until it's complete.hmm… ill consiter it.
THose are the exact speakers I use for my TV!
Oh, and do what chigger did. Make an additional Music File to DL.Heh, I have those speakers for my computer. xD I bought them because I loved the blue lights (my friend has them too).
