Yea… I'm staying after all.
Lucky you.ANYWAY, Crimson Star, the title, makes no sense. The game is about this traveler on an alien world who finds himself in the ruins of a fallen civilization. He is at first attacked by a corrupt spiritual entity, a demi-god that, once defeated, becomes good and explains it has been under the control of the sun god, one of many gods that once lived in harmony but the sun god became jealous and arrogant, and took over the spirit world, and imprisoned and corrupted the other gods. After battling the first demi-god, you're descent back to the living world has torn you into two… your spirit becomes separated from your body. Ultimately, this allows you to phase from ghost mode to normal mode, allowing you to interact with certain locks, items, travel to certain places, etc. As the game progresses, you must free the other gods by defeating them in their corrupted state, and then they will bestow you a new ability or something. Once all the gods are free, you unlock the gear that is your HUD with all 8 symbols, and you gain a new appearance and transcendence and spiritual powers. The sky turns red and rains blood as the sun god is angry. You must defeat him to win the game and use his omnipotence to return home.SO. what shall the game be called?also, SCREENS:
Couldn't overcome that addiction? Anyways, I think it's looking good, I don't particularly like pixelled sprites, but the HUD is pretty.
AWESOME, yeah crimson star
aw
Crimson Star is a good name
Crimson Star works, I see no problem with using that. Look at JakeX's games, Azure Rage, Sapphire Tears; they made little sense, but no one cares about that because the games were fun.
