They are great to sit there and watch, eating Ramen. Its amazing what you can find late at night on cable.

One day of coding, and I am surprisingly far in re-doing it. I look back, and wonder how I made the last one so confusing and inefficient.Gamemaker needs built-in state functions. Depending on what state the object is in, different pieces of code would run. Currently I am using a nice switch statement, but what with the fact that there is so much code, scrolling to find the bit that I need is starting to get irritating.<table width=100%><tr><td style="background: transparent url(http://64digits.com/users/DesertFox/header_line.PNG) repeat-x scroll 0%; width:100%; height: 24px;"><h2 style="color:black">Intergalactic Sock Travel</h2></td></tr></table>Chicklet was rambling about missing clothes in laundry machines, so I promptly posted a link to the Halfbakery, a site I used to frequent. I've stopped going - getting that link was the first time I'd been there in months.Anyways, the summary is that socks are super-intelligent, hyper-dimensional, trans-galactic beings that travel using washing machines as warpholes. Here is the link, read it and laugh.<table width=100%><tr><td style="background: transparent url(http://64digits.com/users/DesertFox/header_line.PNG) repeat-x scroll 0%; width:100%; height: 24px;"><h2 style="color:black">Blow-Stuff-Up Games</h2></td></tr></table>CnC Generals is actually a fairly fun game - though it seems lacking in some areas. Even so, it runs silky smooth on my laptop. Considering this game was created 3-4 years ago, the effects are nice. One of the areas that this game is lacking in is units, there aren't enough units, and the game is unbalanced in the USA's favor, with China secondary, and GLA last.USA has a wonderful range of air attacks, with carpet bombing and whatnot. Considering that their main enemy is the GLA, and the fact that the GLA has NO air attacks, and barely any anti-air, the GLA seem pretty much defenseless. Their one good anti-air unit takes time to kill something, and has very little armor, so even a single plane or chopper could easily take it out.China has the wonderful ability to train Hackers which can gain you quite a bit of money. Once you have 10-15, you never have to worry about money again, especially if they are elite.<p align=center></p>
Halfbakery ftw! I've been going there for a while but just decided to make an account. I posted an a idea :D
C&C Generals is a pretty fun game.
Arcalyth, I used to be a pretty senior member there - I at one point had the 5th highest # of ideas - probably still do.
Ive ben playing a modded version of generals:zero hour a lot lately =) in fact im playing it right now =0
I think I've gotten bored of RTSs. I used to like them before, but now FPSs are more fun for me.
Whats Ramen?
really cheap noodles =0
I kinda like the old Twilight Zones than the newer one's because:
[1]It's black and white[2]It's not predictable like the new episodes.w00t to t3h generals
I used to rent Star Fox Adventures in 2003 but I no longer have a Gamecube.
