So I got back to Rochester, and it snowed. Snow = fun! I spend more time up north in Rochester than I do in Texas - perhaps my name should be ArcticFox or SnowFox instead?
So on the plane trip back we hit some turbulence - these two girls behind me, college age, had never ridden in a plane before, and this turbulence felt like a roller coaster! They were like "ooooooh AAAAAAA!" and lots of shrieks. It took all I had to not throw up my hands and go "WHEEEEEEEE" - I thought it was fun.On the Cybernations front, everything is going well. Same with Ogame. For unknown reasons, I am watching Dragonball Z - it is hilarious! Also, Battlestar Galactica is pure pwn, too :DAlso, apparently, sk8m8trix thinks Arcalyth is like a synthetic me! So I am now Natural DesertFox and Arc is Synthetic DesertFox!

Ok, Geographers used to class a desert as an area which has less than 250ml of rain a year. But because we live in the 21st century, we've made somethign up newfangled =)It's called the Aridity Index, which is basically rain per year in an area divided by how much evaporates. I can't remember what aridity is needed for it to be classed as a desert, but hey ho. All it says is that the sahara has an aridity index of TWO HUNDRED-which means it loses 200 times more water than it gets.Phew, thinking is hard work. Time for a drink ^.^That pervious comment was just for the pleasure of the present company. =P
