Welcome all! I guess 64D is alive again, but the community has probably been decimated now. Without a sane place for GM-oriented people to go, everyone must have drifted off to bigger worlds, like Flash or C++.
Personally, I have been delving into the depths of insanity and back, and have been enjoying it completely. I have successfully created a Gish-like soft-body physics engine, and have spent countless hours in class playing with it instead of doing the work I'm supposed to do. Of course, the professor doesn't care because in a nutshell it's what we'll be learning.Ive also watched 6 seasons of Stargate SG1 in the last two or three weeks. I have too much spare time, don't I?Anyways, good things are happening, and bad things. I have two laptops that are getting repaired, which means I am borrowng crappy laptop of death from my roommate. 1.6 gHz processor - single core. It's so slow! But once my laptops are repaired, I will have a spare! At the very least I'll have some extra space in which to store stuff. That or I can sell it for 400$USD. Either way, it's good.I do however need to change my avatar now. It is no longer. Christmas.
Perhaps we should make the hats a year-round tradition?
Something like "Well, if 64d goes down again, it'll be up by around christmas, so I may as well be prepared"?I think it would be amusing. What would be amusing is if 64D went down. How funny would that be!?
No, 6 seasons of stargate is AWESOME. I have told you this >:|
Aye, the Christmas avatar trend is over yet it's still everywhere. It actually makes me a bit happy that I was too lazy to take part in it. Also, I have my own laptop that is in the stages of repair and I'm forced to use the old abandoned desktop. D:
1.6 KiloMochries.
I'd like to take this small time and just give out my accolades to the 64Digits staff. These three months of waiting was obviously a clever ruse to run off the less intelligent people on this site. I give you my sincere thanks.
Test posting to see if I have my Christmas avatar…
Hooray, Santa hat!
I moved to the wacky, wavy world of Source Hammer Level Editor.
I'm kinda glad I did.<- did not go with the fad
And does not regret it.
