A decent amount of progress, I don't like that background though - I gotta make something cloudly-nebulae-spacey or something. I also edited the alien-mine things, but I haven't actually added them in-game yet, so meh on that. Things actually move around, you can actually shoot, etc. Pew pew, blam blam! Now I gotta make some awesome graphics, make a better background (cause the one I showed you earlier was taken off of google image search from the first page of results for "nebulae".
More stuff still needs to be done, so tomorrow, I'll add in a collision engine! And a menu system! And pie!
Extra: There's a secret in this blog - the first one to get it wins absolutely nothing but the glory of having discovered the secret!

I'd be impressed if you had a number with 64 characters in your blog, or someone with 64 fingers. Not the number 64. Last time I checked, we are not called "64"
