April Fools can go leap off of a bridge. Seriously. The following is not a joke, and anyone who thinks otherwise can also leap off of a bridge. I'm missing minecraft because of this. So screw April 1st.
Know what happened? For April 1st, my laptop decided to celebrate by shorting out the motherboard completely. Right before:A) my monthly data backupB) publishing my android game (just need to make levels now)C) sending out a bunch of resumes onlineThe good news is that my hard drive ought to be perfectly safe and whole, so I can get my data off of it, once I purchase a new laptop. Unfortunately, I am in a tight spot as far as money goes, and ironically I need a computer to fix that.Somebosy buy me a laptop - heck, I'll list you as producer on my game! Producers get part of the profit! Or maybe I just ought to start a "buy DF a new laptop" fund :/Unti then, I am stuck using my phone for everything.
The laptops on the left and right are the exact same O_O, and the front laptop has smudges and reflections, the others don't :P
They do have smudges, and the reflection is all about the material of the monitor.
Like, this 19" LCD doesn't reflect like a mirror, but my mom's laptop does. :pI think the front laptop has a plastic covering over the screen and the rest have just the lcd with no plastic over it.
is the front one from the satellite range?
I managed to get my HD into an enclosure and I can access my data, but unfortunately I don't have a computer to work off of. Hopefully I will be able to acquire one, or borrow one or something.
