I have uploaded v1_0 of VerTech - the beta stage…

Many, many new features; save as a custom format, export a gml script file, export your animation as a set of bitmaps, create delete and connect as many nodes as your computer can handle!

And now for the contest info

I am holding a contest to see who here can make the best things with my VerTech Animation Software.

Entries are not restricted any way in length; you may have from 1 to 999999 frames in your animation

Entries are not restricted any way in size; you can have a 1kB entry, you can have a 1gB entry (just as long as you find a good host…).

Entries must be either in *.vtk single frame format, in .vpj multi-frame animation format, or if you can find something to stitch your exported bitmapset into a GIF or AVI, then those are accepted also.

There will be three judges, chiggerfruit, ChIkEn, and hopefully Fox-NL if he accepts. They will each choose their favorite animation, and those three will be included as sample files in the VerTech download. That and you can brag about how you made the coolest animation.

Your entry can be about anything; you may make a stick-figure animation, or some sort of hypnotic thing.

Just send me a PM that has a link to your animation. This way, the judges will not know who made what. I may also try to set up some sort of Poll somewhere.
