I may try to make a basic decryption program in C++ to see if I can decrypt the file. Unfortunately I don't actually want to work on it atm so even though it would be a neat tool to have I'm feeling kinda lazy :P

Ah, haha, um as when I said it was a test, I've found out there is an off by 'n' error in encrypting and decrypting. Meaning that the encryptor encrypts, but the decryptor doesn't work with the same key.
Meaning that I have work to do on it.But the file is still decryptable. As decryptable as if the bug weren't there, technically.It says:
