How To Draw- Lesson 1 – Listening to ODB
Naw but really, I spent about 7 hours on the first piece, probably longer because I'm slow and easily distracted. That being said I listened to nothing but ODB, MF DOOM and Minamina Goodsong the whole day while drawing.My veins doped up on a steady flow of only the most pure hip-hop, and it feels guuuud.So yea, been a while since my last blog, I haven't drawn much since then. So here's some stuff I've done since then.
This is my current WIP. I'm going to flesh out this robot I did a while ago. I made a 3D base for… yknow what, I have no idea why I did, because I fully understand perspective and know how to think and draw in 3-dimensions, sooo… yea whatever.
And here are or were some sketches for my comic which is in stasis atm.
But yea… that's about it for now, nothing more I wanna talk about really soooooo–"I give a shout out to ummmmm ummm– myself"~

Wow. Man, I see improvement in your art with every blog, and it's great. It always has me begging for more (especially since you mentioned a comic, that's borderline evil to do so without juicy details :P), and at the same time is a humble reminder that I don't spend nearly enough time practicing drawing as I would like… Though I realize more time spent drawing is less time spent coding or playing guitar or (insert pastime here), so it's always a trade off. But reading your blog always has an inspiring effect that makes me want to make more time for art.
