I just had a thought:
Isn't it funny that when you say 'Alaska' people thing 'Eskimos? Polar bears? Igloos?' but when you say 'Yukon Territory' People think 'Gold?' In my experience, they are very similar, except that people are friendlier in the Yukon…. btw, my banners original picture was taken 52 miles from the Yukon Territory. My thoughts on places I've been in the world:Alaska: Teh pwnage…The Yukon territory: teh semi-pwnage…British Colombia: Deserves the name 'Beautiful British Columbia' a nicer place I've never been.Alberta: People drive way to fast there.North Dakota: Hot, dry, buggy, I really dislike that place.Minnesota: Quite nice…Upstate NY: Too many toll roads…Massachusetts: Pretty nice, but I have never seen worse driving conditions…Washington: Sister state to Alaska…Oregon: OK, looks a lot like BC…California: Too many hummers…Why did I post that long blog? I must be bored…
Mmmmmm Baked Alaskan!
*NO! I DO NOT ADVOCATE CANNIBALISM!yum yum
Texas: Depends where you are.
"Texas: Depends where you are. "
That is very true, I could go 20 miles away and feel like I am in another state. Although it might just be the area I live in.GO BC GO!
British Columbia is where I live too [:D].I've been to Washington and Oregon and California. Washington's cool but I usually just pass by, Oregon has the sweetest coasts ever and California's just awesome. I've been to Alaska too and I really liked it there.I should post some summer Alaska pictures. BC… reminds me of Monty Pythons Lumberjack song "I always wanted to be… A lumberjack! Leaping from tree to tree as they float down the mighty rivers of British Columbia!" Anybody heard it?
Nope sorry.
I'mmmm a lumberjack, and I'm OK. I sleep all night and I work all day. (Or something like that.)
I'll see if I can't find any Alaska pictures, or one's with my dog all frozen and stuff.-Puffs
