Yup. Buisnessman RPG; it's my newest project using classic 8-bit graphics. I am VERY happy with EVERYTHING so far, including the graphics. Here is what the game will feature:
-Grid-based movementTo fit the old-school feel I will be giving BMRPG.-8-bit graphicsAgain, to fit the old-school feel.-ComedyBasically, BMRPG is a make-fun of game of the classic NES RPG's that were all about magic, etc. BMRPG is about the 8-5 cubical doldrums that we call the workforce. Instead of using attributes like mana, or strength, you'll use Sass, and Intelligence.-Interactive environments letting you choose your fateYou can walk into the grocery store, and wait in line, or use your Sass to cut in front!-Unique gameplayAt the beginning of BMRPG, you'll be doing to daily, boring tasks; talking to coworkers, doing simple tasks like collecting a paper and giving it back to the boss, etc. But, later on, you'll be competing for the top spot in the workforce, and to do it, you'll need to resort to either being a pain in the ass, or a polite, helpful coworker.-Unique multiplayerYou'll either be able to go co-op on the same PC, competing for the first to get the top spot, or, if you already are the boss, you can share, upload, rate, download, and try others' 'workplans', which is a feature that is currently under-wraps.And, here is the ONLY thing I'll show you until next blog; sure, there isn't much, but hey, I just started. <img src="http://64digits.com/users/Pokefab/bm_rpg_screen1.PNG">So, how does it all sound/look so far? Do please tell me.Also, I added myself as a friend. *How does he dooo it?*Peace.
Only Sass and Intelligence?Well,it will get more later…right?
I see you arn't going with 8x8spritesOh yes. This is a kinda old screenie. I won't say anything specific, but I can assure you there are two more attributes. And yes, I'm going with a more 'skinnier' feel.
