Two hookers and a side of fries, please.

Okay. I haven't blogged in ages, nor been on 64Digits. Reason: I've been playing Homeworld. I know, old game, but it owns. Especially the 'K' key.

When me and my friend were on the tram going to school, he wrote a number on his wrist. It turned out to be a number for a brothel, which he was going to prank call. In the afternoon, when we were going home, he called them. I wont bother writing the whole conversation down, but it was funny. Funny like a… funny thing. Although, the conversation did include Wheelchair access, fries and… costume hire.

I made a quick VB program in Info Tech today. It can make folders, delete folders and rename folders(!!). It'll probably come in handy, so I don't have to open a program and use the open/save file interface to create a folder. I might make a text editor next. Visual Basic is so simple.

My new computers' specs are coming together. For the win.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz (Yeah yeah, not AMD, but my friend at the computer stall convinced me)

Corsair XMS2 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 800 RAM (I hope I can get 2GB)

nVidia GeForce 8800 GTS (Don't know the full specs yet)

2xWestern Digital Caviar SE 320GB 7200RPM HDD

NZXT LEXA-NP Case

ASUS PG191 LCD screen w built-in/ 2ms refresh time / subwoofer / stereo speakers / 1.3MP webcam

Logitech G15 Keyboard

Logitech G7 Mouse

Apparently, Linux (Or, at least, Fedora Core 5) doesn't work… well on the Intel Core 2 Duo chip. Maybe MEPIS does. If not, they'll release a patch soon. Never underestimate the power of open-source software.

Keep L337,

Firebird out!
