Assorted Sandwiches [FCT]

I have been busy the last few weeks which have caused an even greater length of time between this blog and the last. This influx of time for a blog to be completed has also been fogged by my time being consumed with other predicaments. So without further ado; welcome to my blog.

The computer I was saving up for has been bought, assembled, and I have been using it for about two weeks now. My goal of spending $800 on the computer was a little low so I opted for an increase and the total of my system came to about $1500. Its nice and fast but I will be upgrading it further on with the installation of more ram and adding another graphics card in SLI format for greatly increased graphic speeds. I bought a few games which include: Company of Heroes, and The Orange Box. Company of Heroes is an amazing RTS which was created by Relic in 2005 and won the game of the year award. It is an RTS staged in the times of WWII, and I have had lots of fun by mostly playing online as the allies and having a three game win streak on 1 vs 1, and so far have had about 50% of my games one in games with more people and more varying skill levels.

The Orange Box I bought three days ago is fantastic, and I am going to have to say the best deal in Video Game History. It includes: Team Fortress 2, Half Life 2, HL2: EP1, HL2: EP2, and the famously renowned Portal. So far I have played about twelve hours of TF2, beaten Portal, and played the first 2-3 hours of Half Life 2. They are all great games and I have to give Valve props for all there hard work in the gaming world.

As a final note I entered a small creation into the Coloraze contest which I just made as a low skill level for beginners as I didn't have the inspiration as I did with the first game to make an intuitive level. Also I have been playing the levels of others, and the downloading levels feature is great. But I am not able to upload levels which is really ticking me off. If someone knows how to fix the error it would be greatly appreciated.

It actually only increases performance by around 20% to 30%, and only in games that are optimised for it.

What a waste of money.

But doesntt it use the power of both of the graphics cards though? And if it doesn't would Cross Fire of been a better option?
