Well, I decided that I haven't uploaded anything in quite awhile, so I decided to put together a few examples, since I'm getting a bit more free time now.
The first one, which I am just about done with, shows a bunch of different ways you can make a health bar. It's more oriented for less experienced GML users, and the code is quite simple, showing how to make simple things like 3 (or more) color health bars, or a health bar with a sprite without scling the sprite. The healthbar example is just about complete, unless I can think of anything else I could quickly shove into it. Perhaps doughnut shaped healthbars? That one would be interesting. Yeah, I'll code that into it :P should be fun. When I'm done with that, I will throw together a quick surface drawing example, showing how to let the user draw on a surface. And, mabye show it being used on a 3d object, if I feel like doing 3D today. And then, I might do some other random small examples. If I think of anything good. But first, I've got to fill out some more college applications. Hopefully, there are no essays, but that's probably not going to happen. Princeton sent me an email because they want me to apply =O
All your blogs bore me to tears.
Good.
