I'm back

Posted by HeroofTime55 on Feb. 9, 2007, 8:36 p.m.

So, for the last few days, I've prety much done nothing but Twilight Princess. And now, I'm mostly done. I'm still going to have to go back and get all the pieces of heart and whatnot, but I beat the game.

The game is awesome, and if you don't have it, get it.

Anyhow, yeah, I'm not dead, I'm still here. Granted, I haven't been as active as I used to be as far as posting blogs, or even comments, but I'm still here.

So anyway, today was interesting. I discovered something which I think is entirely new, involving the Golden function, what I did turned out to include Pascal's triangle when looked at closely. I think I'm on to something, so I'm keeping the calculations secret until I find out what's going on (so nobody steals credit for my efforts :P). I couldn't find anything on Wikipedia regarding what I found.

As soon as I find out what's going on, and if it's a new thing, secure credit for the discovery, I'll post it in a new blog.

On the way home from school, I saw the aftermath of a serious car wreck, I think it was an SUV into a pole. Several firetrucks and ambulances were in the area. And I think I saw what looked like a blood splatter on the ground :/

So yeah. An interesting day.

If it has anything to do with a spiral or Graphic Design… It's been done before.

Nope, no spiral. At least I think not. A lot of derivatives though. A special function g sub n(x) that interacts in a special way with f(x). And all the g functions for the n integer values make up pascal in an interesting way… I found Pascal by mistake.

Even just the way I generated the function g was not shown in the Wikipedia entry for pascal, let alone how it interacts with the golden function. So I think I'm on to something here.

Blood splatter is ketchup as my grandmas always said.

Ok, got two questions also now that you're back. How do you get the mystery solver badge, and also how do you make it so you can get the "Awarded for getting # New Members" badge?

Good luck with that. Maybe you'll be more successful than my attempts to promote a controversial linguistic conspiration theory about Classical Latin pronunciation, claiming <f> was pronounced as /v/.

Shhh, no-one should hear me, you'll steal my ideas.

Glad to see you're back, by the way, and glad to know someone's into math while I waste my life on linguistics that devastates my capabilities of logical thinking and calculations. And remember, kids: If it's not on Wikipedia, it doesn't exist (as proved by the example of the philosopher Demomotus).
