Well, i decided i wanted to see it at minight for the opening showing. Yeah, something i never did before. And i have to say it was a bit more fun than a normal movie. Everyone cheered when Capt. Jack Sparrow made his first appearence, and at other points, and some rowdiness that otherwise wouldnt be present at a movie theater (The opening credits are showing, complete scilence, and some random guy yells out "KICK ASS!")

So anyway, the medium soda that i bought was likely bigger than a super size at McDonnalds. And it barely lasted into the opening credits. A word of advice: Dont do what i did unless you dont mind taking a bathroom break in the middle of the movie. (Thankfully, i didnt miss any important plot elements. Unfortunately, i missed part of a fight sequence.)

So how was the movie? It was prety good. Good visual effects, interesting plot (but im not revealing anything…). There were many, many references to moments in "The Curse of the Black Peral", so i would recomend seeing that first if you havent, or need to refresh your memory, before seeing this one, so you will enjoy it alot more. Trust me, you will be better off with Peral fresh in your mind. The end of the movie was a clifhanger. I didnt like that. Its like the "To Be Continued" TV episodes of various shows, except you will have to wait a few years instead of next week. Not cool. But overall, it was good.

well yeah whatever.

Aside from the movie, i will be going away for 4 weeks starting monday, and ill be back on weekends. Dont know if ill have internet access or not.
