First Comes Second

Posted by IAmMe on Feb. 2, 2007, 9:31 a.m.

Well I'm posting my second blog entry. I've seen some flaws like deleting other users constructive criticism on their games or examples. And there's no comment edit function that would be very handful, oh well..

Back to games: I finished doing the World of X-O menu, music, credits. Also I'm doing a small and simple but very amusing game. I won't write details about it because i hope I'll show it for you all as a WIP very soon. Well it looks that's it for today.

You shouldn'y have to edit your comment if you said what you've had to say. Snd Off the front page for J00!

Well if you made some grammar mistakes or forgot to vote it would be very useful.

Your Persian eyes sparkle, your lips, ruby blue never speak a sound

You, oh so gay, with Parisian demands, you can run-around

And your view of society screws up my mind like you'll never know

Lead me away, come inside, see my mind in kaleidoscope

Its annoying how they don't let it be known that delete really means edit.

When you delete, your message appears in the post. You choose to repost or not, after making any edits on the way.Its really annoying when people have like 3 comments in a row…They should set it to just merge the comments.

That's what I'm talking about.

Delete is not the same as edit, because you can't put it back in the same place if someone posted after you. The reason the text appears in the box is just so that you notice a mistake just as you post it, and you can re-post it before someone sees it.

no, you can edit the message after someone has wrote, that's who delete is different from edit.

First of all, shouldn't it be "how"?

And like SJF pointed out. When you edit something, you can change the content of your post and it will remain there, even if someone posted after you, while here, when you hit delete, you can get it back to where it was, though you can change what you wrote.
