Yeah, The Postal Service is pretty good. So is The Art of War, I suppose, though its practical applications (unless you happen to be a businessman, or general) are questionable.

I've only heard one or two Postal Service songs, but from what little I've listened to they're pretty amazing. I used one of their songs as a base of inspiration for one of my own.Wait, is that even an insult? XD
