My finals are over. That means that I don't have a single assignment to worry about for the first time since school started.

I think I did alright on the tests, although at the moment it wouldn't bother me much if I didn't. I know I got an A in Computer Science, and probably in Chemistry and American Literature as well. Depending on how well I did on my final, I may have gotten an A in AP American history; my grade in that class was suffering before the final because the teacher is sadistic and doesn't seem to understand that SHE is supposed to teach us. We are not supposed to be teaching ourselves. I don't think there's any way I pulled an A in Algebra, though. I'm not all that good at math.

This weekend I plan to start some kind of project, inspired by Nifflas' two games, Within a Deep Forest and Knytt. Download them if you can. They're amazing. I even have some idea of what the story/concept of the game will be. I'll try and make an engine tonight, though I'm pretty bad at that.

I am reading Night right now. It is very disturbing, as it ought to be, but it's also very good. After I'm finished, I'll start reading The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. I've heard it's good, and my teacher had a copy, so I borrowed it. It's nice to be doing some serious reading again. I haven't been able to in a while.

Also, I have hopes that The Wasteland will get into the cagematch at some point. We'll see what happens. I hope you'll all vote for it if it does. =)
