What's already in store for you guys.
Title Shot.Game Shot.This game has been out since last summer, but I've finalized Kairuga to GM7's engine and although the version I submitted for a game is older, I will update it as soon as it gets out of the queue. Newer features? Speed adjustments, loading time for death screen changed, and Vista compatibility. Worth an update for people wanting to play shmups on Vista (I don't reccomend that, lots of old shmups don't work, sadly.)If you're smart, you could look around and find the final version in some other noob packed official forum, but post your comments here if you wish when the game is out. I figured what I uploaded was too little and I'll need to add content and media. History:The game is my first game - but don't underestimate what I say. It may be the first I release but that doesn't mean I didn't spend time learning everything. Last summer I put it in the GMG and it got attention elsewhere as well, so now I'm just updating this junk for people here and other forums where they haven't touched it at all. And the graphical style was an experiment, turned out looking good, eh? Was a blast to work on, so shmup fans better enjoy it. Took about a month to make and replicates the first level of Ikaruga, also a mini-game. I couldn't work on a full fledged 5 levels at the time, I'd seriously die, the bosses get even more complex, which is a bad thing in terms of trying to recreate. But whatever, I'll need something to work on now, and I barely even said anything until recently.Get ready to start throwing out some high scores soon enough. Warning - it's god damn hard for non shmup players and people who haven't played Ikaruga (Wtf? are you kidding me?)
