In a matter of weeks, this accursed game shall be finished.
The video is pretty self explanatory, I believe. A couple people have already seen it. While it provides more than enough content, I'll go ahead and blabber about something.School is throwing everything it can at me for this junior year, and this is just the start. Not only do I have loads of homework, I get bombarded with project assignments and a couple upcoming tests already. Not to mention I work part time, and that all combined with putting all my effort into polishing up and finishing Varia for the competition. This is seriously insane; I'll probably never make another entry in a competition until I'm done with school, at this point. One thing I'm wondering about is how this game would look as the first thing I've done and treated as a professional project, with completely original music and resources. I'm planning to include the game in a portfolio to show that I can start and (will) finish a game, even during an intense school year. It'll be something to show what I can do now, and what I can possibly do later.Obviously, this means I'm going to get into the game industry. I'm making myself treat all future projects as something more than just being made for a hobby. I'm looking forward to a career in design or art in games, anyway. Just something I wanted to say.
The attack seemed odd…duno, might be compression
Dang you who can mix fancy sprites with some coded ways to make it not look so staticPure evil, taking a screenshot of the youtube video and creating an image link.
For one glorious minute, I came back to this tab and thought I was speeding through the download on a craptacular connection. =pTwistyWristyDue to the nature of the graphics, animation isn't possible, so I had to think of other ways.
Finally finished downloading the video and it was worth it. =)
Looks really good can't wait to try it out.TwistyWristySo simply sprites yet some seriously pretty s**t. Nice one with that man. Good luck with your career to.
