Kakaru Update

Hi guys, after given it a lot of thought, i decided not to make a direct sequel of Remote Station (my original game), instead i would prefer making a bran new history, heavily inspired on the previous gameplay but adding some new RPG elements to enrich the game. I'll make a brief description of them without spoiling details.

Character

- You take the role as a captain of a mining spaceship and its little crew of highly skilled specialist, the engineer, the navigator and the scientist. Each one of them helps you in a different way to advance in he game.

Scenarios

- The game takes place on a distant solar system, composed with four main planets and one asteroid field, Each scenario provides different resources and you need to collect them to achieve certain tasks

Quests

- While you move forward in to the story, each crew member will show you different objectives that you need to accomplish in order to improve your skills so you can gain access to new areas, grab new items, unlock history hints, etc.

Gameplay

- Same as Remote Station, this game its gonna be more like an action RPG Zelda style, real-time combats, the improvements gained by the main character are not related to experience or levels systems. Although the main objective will never change, there will be a few random stuffs to improve re-playability

Now enough of boring text, take a look of my new game engine for this game!

Feedback would be appreciated!

Sorry for my bad English :)

Is the camera always going to be situated like that?

You can't have made those textures yourself. Are they placeholders?

DaggerHog: Most of the time it will be lock to the player, but when special events are triggered it will make a small animation, for example if you press a switch, the camera angle changes to show what happend

Kilin: I did the textures from photos I found on google images, there would be any problem to keep them?
