So um. Guyz. 64D is up.

So in the 8 month gorge between my blogging I’ve pretty much forgotten everything that’s happened. Yay, memory loss.

To start it up, I will basically put the main points of the first semester of class..

Period 1- World Geography

Not too eventful.

Period 2A- Geometry

Hate that class.

Period 2B- Biology

Work is sometime hard, but the class is ok.

Period 3A- Spanish 1

Hate the class, hate the teacher even more.

Period 3B- Communication Applications(speech)

Actually, a fun class. The semester comprised of small easy assignments and 3 speeches. The first one, an informative speech, I did on toasters. I got a 101 on it. Second, a persuasive speech. Did it on switching to Geico, got a 103. Next, an impromptu, or not really though out much, speech. Did it on the TV in my room I never used. Got an A on it.

Period 4A- English 1

Mind-numbingly boring, coupled with not knowing anyone in the class.

Period 4B- Tech Systems

This is where things get a “bitâ€? crazy. First off, our teacher has very little control over the class. Telling all the stories that have happened would take too long, so I’ll shorten them up: Lighting pencils on fire, lighting paper on fire, cutting the power to the bottom floor of the school, dominoes with computer boxes, breaking holes in walls, yelling at the teacher, breaking tables, chairs, and computers, the list goes on. In other words, it’s my favourite class.

Period 5- Band

Marching band was pretty much a waste of time for me. I wasn’t placed in the actual competitive marching so all’s I did was go to football games. Which we only won 3 of them. Actually, probably a record high for our school >_>

School aside, onto fall break. Except.. I can’t remember what happened, just that it was in Indiana.

So… Winter break.

Christmas was pretty good. I got….

A really small 4GB USB thumbdrive

A 4GB Micro-SD card, with a normal SD size adapter

A 8GB MP3 player that doesn’t suck as much as my old one

A MUCH better graphics card for my computer

Banjo Kazooie for Xbox360, which is actually kind of addicti-wait a sec

Right, shortly after my last blog I bought that 360 and Halo3, and now, counting the games my brother has, we have:

Banjo Kazooie

Guitar Hero: World Tour

Dead Rising

Fracture

Beautiful Katamari

And some others I can’t remember, much less actually played.

Anyway, I also got for Christmas:

A new clock, because my old one broke shortly after getting it

New headphones, which amazingly are partially broken already. Yay technology

Another 360 controller, so now I have 2

Speaking of that, I managed to buy a pink 360 controller from someone for 10 dollars, and sold it to someone else for 25. Aren’t I evil.

Anyway, that’s all I got that I can remember.

So then, the next semester of school started. Not much new, but…

Periods 1 and 5 were swapped because my music ability increased and I was placed from the middle band to the top band. Yay. So Geography is now a bit more interesting. Just a bit. And, Speech, sadly being a half year class, is replaced with the half boring half fun Introduction to Business. The good side is we get to play games… The downside is, that’s only after we do the incredibly boring work, and most gaming websites are blocked, along with proxies to unblock blocked sites.

And then I got xbawks live. And it is wonderful. My gamertag is, believe it or not, Kamira929.

Basically, having Live makes all games infinitely better. Even if it’s a non-Live game, because you still get to talk to your friends while playing.

And for a random fact, my katana in Halo3 disappeared, yay for glitches.

Just last night we had a band concert. After the second song, the entire audience (decent amount of people) stood up and clapped. Yay, encore. Good thing we had a third song.

So while this blog is incredibly short, I’m just glad 64Digits is back, and I guarantee next blog will be a killer =p

Waaaaaiiit. I also picked up Gamemaker and actually learned a tiny, tiny bit of code. Enough to get a “partiallyâ€? working engine up and running for a game that will probably never be close to finished, and of course Ross had to help me with that tiny bit >_>
