So I just got home from seeing Eragon with my friend. We are both fans of the books and figured we'd go see it. If you've read the books, I think you'll be a bit disappointed. Many things were left out or completely changed from the book.

1. Eragon decided to go save Arya before even reaching the spine, against Brom's idea. While rescuing Arya, Eragon gets attacked by Durza the shade. Eragon is about to be killed but Brom jumps in and saves Eragon's life, but eventually killing himself. From what I remember, Brom gets hurt in a big battle against Urgals, not fighting Durza.

2. At the end of the book, Murtagh could not be found inside the mountain and later is found out he has joined Galbatorix. But in the movie Murtagh stays with the Varden.

3. Eragon uses his magic without even learning the words somehow.

4. At the beginning of the movie, Saphira grew into a full dragon in seconds by bursting into flames. I seriously said "What the fuck?" when that happened.

The movie was ok, the CG was pretty cool, but I wanted it to be like the book.

I've been downloading tons of stuff on BitTorrent. Sometime last night I finished downloading A Sacnner Darkly and watched it today. Weird movie but pretty cool.

I'm downloading FF:Advent Children right now. I wanted to see this a while ago but I couldn't play .avi on my other computer. So now I get to [:)] It should be done in 2-3 hours.

DAMN JAPS. Its English subtitles…

I'm still downloading Oblivion. My first torrent was 75% complete, but then all the seeders went away. That file is at 89% now at 0kbs. So with the slow download times I found another torrent with tons of seeders. But this is downloading slower. It should be done by Monday [:(]

Haven't really done anything. All I did was move all my game files from my desktop to my laptop along with some examples. I think I might enter the 64D game contest though. Need an idea still.
