So I just got back from seeing 300. Nothing else comes to my mind other than absolutely stunning. Here's my overview of the movie, I'll try not to spoil it.
The beginning of the movie was rather dull, talking about the back story of Sparta and how Spartans were raised. After that 15 minutes it was action. All action. For 2 hours straight. A plethora of plasma spew from the hordes of the Persian Empire let loose by the hardened swords of the mighty Spartans. 300 swords versus hundreds of thousands of arrows, spears, swords, and claws made up the bulk of the movie. Walls of corpses were made as well as barriers of impenetrable warriors to protect the land of the free against the empire of slavery and a false god. Sparta's freedom was neither won nor lost, but one hell of a story prevailed when the movie was all done with. The tale of 300 Spartans against the Persian Empire. So um, yeah, I loved it. If you can't get into an R rated movie, you might as well just kill yourself right now because it was awesome.Other
Can't think of anything else.
I'm going to see it some time this week.
SPPPAAARRRRTTTAAAA!!!I saw it, and it was good, but not spectacular.
This is madness.
This. Is. SPARTA!Best. Movie. Ever.looks like a really good movie and I want to go see it more than ever now…and…I shall…
that's nice
I went n saw it with me mates.
My conclusion is:A good movie, well choreographed action scenes, also kind of weird in a lot of parts but they worked well. My complaint is how often the used the 'slo-mo' technique. The movie would only be about 30 minutes long if you played all the slow motion parts real time… Also, the constant narrating seemed unnecessary in a few parts. The music could have fit better in some parts. It also looked beautiful though, more like a piece of art then an action movie.Don't let that fool you, it's a great movie, I was just pointing out some things that I think were overused.Cool, I want to see 300 too! You should add me to ur favourites since you comment on all my blogs lol! I got my dock for windows working too! Thanks for that! later gator!
Yeah, at the end the slo-mo was getting tiresome.
Damn, I wanna see this.
I just, just got back from seeing it. Stunning!
