Well, yea. I walked into a pet store, and the cashier walked yet and asked if I had Marfan's, and of course I had no idea wtf he was talking about. So he explains this whole thing, the symptoms, and physical traits. He of course has this. It is a mutation of the muscles of the heart, and joints. Making whoever has it tall, skinny, and bony. All of which I am, and he was. He asks me it I have an indent in my chest, which I do. stigmatizations(not sure if I spelled that right) in my eyes, I do. Big hands, and the ability it put my arm behind my back to were the shoulders turn so I can bend my elbow along my spine up to my neck, I can do. I can also take my thumb and place it behind my hand passed the knuckles.
The bad thing about this syndrome is it can be fatal if left untreated, the persons heart would fail. So, I am getting checked for it once my appointment being made tomorrow comes through. Here is the definition:Marfan syndrome is an inheritable disorder of connective tissue, the tissue that strengthens the body's structures. Disorders of connective tissue affect the skeletal system, cardiovascular system, eyes, and skin.Symptoms: * Family history of Marfan syndrome: I don't know. * Long, lanky frame: Yes * Long, thin limbs: Yes * Armspan significantly greater than body height: Yes * Long, spidery fingers (arachnodactyly): Yes * Funnel chest (pectus excavatum ) or pigeon breast (pectus carinatum ): Yes * Scoliosis: Forming * Visual difficulties: I wear glasses * Flat feet: Yes * Learning disability/school problems: No * Thin, narrow face: Yes * Micrognathia (small lower jaw): I don't know. * Coloboma of iris: WTF? * Hypotonia: Wtf?So, in closing, here is a pic of Halo: Lost Hope, which I have not talked about for a while:
Btw, the pic is a little old, the spartan is not above the light anymore.
That disease sounds freaky.
And, I do look normal, besides the tallness.
If a cashier is better at noticing you might have a disease than whatever doctor you go to, you might need a new doctor =/
lol…that disease does sound a little odd…but cool at the same time ;)
Lol, the this is not so well known. Firefox says I spelled a wrong word when I type it in.
Yes, Goddammit. IT IS A DISEASE.

It's a disease.Look, I know you'd rather be a mutant than a diseased person, because mutants are cool, but it really is a disease. I don't mean to be harsh.
