A Recent Sprite Sheet Submission on the front page, like the Recent Game Submission.
This feature would attract spriters too 64Digits!And it would be cool too submit some of the sprite sheets I have made and gone to waste.From what I know, this would not be hard, just a game submission, with the screenshot the sheet, and the download the sheet(I know it is redundant, but some people would not think to click on the screen shot button.) The preview could be any picture(related to the sheet) like game submissions.Really, all that changes is the download and place on the front page!It would be great for abandoned game sprites to be reused by the needy.Just one row?So, what do you think of my suggestion?
Oh, nice idea. There would be many problems with this, though. There should be a tutorial system, though.
Not examples, but tutorials. They wouldn't even have to be about games. Could be spriting, music, photoshop, games, web design, anything. Now that would help.I made a tutorial website where people could post their own, but it didn't have a user system, so it sucked, and had no security. =/Gah, I used "though" in two sentences. >_>
I don't like it. Most GM users sprite really bad. =/
Well, in the GMC they do, not sure about here…Why sprite sheets? Why not art in general? Not all games are examples/for use, so all sprites/art should have to either (imo). But having more than games and examples sounds like a good idea.
Would we be able to rate the images (sprites or art)?
