The steam summer sale has started and Terraria is 75% off. I strongly recommned this game who loves games with tons of adventuring, great combat, and lots of loot.
Not to mention really fun bossfights.So, get it while it's hot!http://store.steampowered.com/?summersale2012
Teamspeak night turns into Teamspeak-Terraria night?
Someone has to video-audio record all of it and then post it on YouTube.And I'm only half joking.Ooh, cheap Arma II…
Day Z, here I come!Oh, shoot. I forgot I posted this.
Anyway, turning Teamspeak night into Terraria Teamspeak night sounds great! Especially considering Teamspeak night has been kind of empty lately.@DaggerhogAwesome. Funtimes are indeed coming, my friend. I was skeptical about terraria at first until I saw a let's play of it, and a steam sale came out shortly after. I couldn't pass it up. Considering how many hours you'll get out of it compared to how much it costs right now, it's totally worth it.Heck, it's worth it even at the regular price.@EveryoneI assume we'll all start out with new characters for this?EDIT: Regarding, the edit link color; I searched the CSS for such a long time when I was customizing this page, but I never found the class or id that changed it. I just gave up eventually, and it stayed that way ever since.If someone can tell me how to change it, or what the class or id name is, for that area, please let me know. I'll change it right away.Of course new characters. And then maybe later down the road we can set up some PvP.
The only thing I have against Terraria is how they stopped updating it. The game had so much more potential. Even so, as it stands, worth it even at full price.No, we'll hack the game and start out with completely overpowered characters.
Perhaps I won't tell Daggerhog that characters are not limited to a world, and vice versa.
@Daggerhog
The reason I had to ask is that in Terraria everything on a character you make stays with him even when starting a new world. So, you can start a completely new game, and still be completely overpowered. You don't need to hack anything to start out with a powerful character. You just need to have played before.I still stand by my statement no matter how stupid it is.
I'm full on characters (had one for every server with my brothers), so I'll probably stick everything in chests before I start playing.
Yay
