From Guitar to Gaming

Hey,

You know guitar, right ? The thing with the strings and the incredible sound if you know how to use it ? Well, I suddenly started playing guitar yesterday because there was no electricity. (sp?) The wind was blowing like hell and the tree's were bending down.. I heard that there was some tree's fallen over at the roads and so.. But enough of that, let's talk about guitars..

What I started to play ? Well, I had these old tabs of Late Goodbye by Poets of the Fall and started playing them. Now I can almost play it at the same speed as in the original song, but not as good sounding. =P There is some hard parts that are so damn difficult for my fingers, that I don't understand how Poets of the Fall's guitar players could do it so fast..

As for my games they are making slow progress; Project Aqua Dash is almost ready for an new beta release and LimeApple's game is slowly growing.. But anyway, I'm having trouble with my time using and the school is scarely starting to start again… Heh, not in few weeks but still.

Hehe, started listening to Amy Diamond 24/7, or almost xD I have listened 3 days and I'm still not bored of her music =P We'll see when I get bored.. =) My friends still think that I'm a weird dude for listening Amy Diamond. That's my music style and my music. Heh, I listen to what I want to listen. =P

Have a nice day [It's windy outside here]

I play a little guitar, still learning. Haven't picked it up in about a week though.

If you're gonna self-teach yourself, it's best to have some kind of other musical background first, otherwise, it can be a bit hard. I'd take lessons, but cello, piano, and voice is soaking up the moneys lol

I agree with chigger. Since I already knew how to play an instrument before I picked up guitar, I already knew the basics (chords, octaves, notes, time signature, tempo, etc., etc.)

I sung in the school choir (sp?) when I was little younger and I still can sing pretty well. =P
