Day 10 Time To Pass Out

So what's going on here then. I wanted all the mechanic scripts done by now but I'm not quite done actually, but I'm package up what I have and send it over to @farenhiet in the morning so he can start designing playable things, as I rush to patch this crap. Right now you can see cylinders taking the place of normal world objects that will hold color, and can be drained or filled with it, as seen below. The sphere is a color "vein" that replenishes itself. The block is just a push block.

It fills up in vials on your screen (only one shown right now) that will change color depending on how much R, G, or B you drain into it(I sort of broke the tinting of the vial contents). Vials come from Stratos, that transparent humanoid you see. Which is why you need to carry his ass through the grey entropy.

Essentially anything in the entropy fades to perfectly neutral gray, and turns into a statue. Including you. Approaching surfaces in the entropy allows you to see them. Pouring color onto objects creates those circles of color, which act as safe zones, but they will be eaten away at the second you do so. You can also drink the vial contents directly but if you need time to work out a puzzle it's more efficient to pour it onto something else. The idea is that the R, G, and B values of the color you pour determines how long it last and the effects on the safe radius and such, but I haven't even started that, I have a vague idea involving mixing animation curves…

Good morning *drops dead and fades to grey*

I'm so glad to have even been a small catalyst in the creation of so many awesome games! :D

It's taking more shape!

Wow, this looks like a really inventive use of the theme, great idea! I can't wait to see more of this. Hope your able to use the animation curves. I had to edit them in my project for some colour grading through code, and its rather difficult to picture how it will turn out until you play. Good luck, and enjoy your resting time, all us loners have to keep working at it lol :D.
