Today has been one of the best days of my life

Tonight we had the academic award ceremony at the high school.

After about two and a half hours of waiting, I was the last person called up for an award. I received a scholarship for 2,500 dollars a year for 4 years for a total of 10,000 dollars. I couldn't believe it then, and I still am having difficulty. My mom and my grandparents were in tears when they heard it. I just wish this day would never end…
