My friend let me borrow his Metallica S&M cd, and well, I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT. I cannot stop listening to blasting out of my speakers. It is the greatest music ever played in the history of the universe.
In other news, a few people I know started up a D&D campaign. I decided to make a dwarf fighter. We all started at lvl 10. After 2 sessions, we pretty much proved that we are gods. We got me, a druid, a gnomish sorcerer (who is a god, he IS our party, and also the reason we are invincible, but somehow still legal by the book XD), an elfish ranger, a cleric, and 2 npcs (a paladin and a wizard). The paladin and I always just start mass attacking everything in sight, and somehow neither of us ever get attacked even when we are surronded by 4 enemies at once. We beat 2 level 18 clerics and 4 level 16 warriors because the gnomish sorcerer was a genious once again and found a way for us to slaughter them all with no trouble at all. My AC after 2 sessions is now 37. The amount of loot from killing them is more than 2x what we started with. Our DM thought this would kill us all for sure and I don't think that there is anything he could throw at us that we couldn't annihalate (aside from stealth elephants).
Yeah, Metallica is really good. If you're not into metal already, I recommend checking out Slayer, Children of Bodom, and In Flames.
I have no problem with Metallica but I like artist like Chamillionaire.
My Favorite Metallica song is "The Unforgiven". You gotta love it. =P
I like AC/DC, Deep Purple, and Pink Floyd a lot, there not really metal though. Some AC/DC stuff is semi-metal, but Deep Purple and Pink Floyd are more psychadelic rock.
Hell yeah that cd was good, I loved the version of "The Memory Remains" on it. And from the other cds, me the songs I really loved were "Fade to Black" and "The Unforgiven II". If you don't know them you should check them out.
Marilyn Manson and Ministry are the beste bands ever. Definately.
Also, listen to Melee's advice too, he listens to good music.
