The day that this particular passage has to deal with, or, rather, passage of time, that this passage deals with, is within that whe Askrib finally realizes that, in order to make his ulitmate dreams come true, he must, simply, start to take true action. He realized that he must come somewhat millitant, or at least, add a more assertive tone to his voice so that people could easily realize he was serious on it. The attempts he has made with peace so far didn't seem to work out so well for him, as they yielded little to no positive results. And so, he had decided to take his fate well into his own hands, and unleash the destructive power of the human Psyche.

He met up Tsairuzh'k one day, and began a simple, yet powerful comversation with him. "Tsai," he said to Tsairuzh'k, "I know that we are trying to use primarily non-violent methods, but i believe it isn't helping us out. We must start to use something that will garter the attention of the people… We need some sort of amplification of our voices.. I know it sounds rather esoteric, as an idea, but it may actually help us." Tsairuzh'k would look to him.. and shake his head, not just in disbelief, but also, in slight agreement. The disbelief stimmed from the fact that Tsairuzh'k himself had the same thoughts often. "I can agree with what you say, Askrib. It's the only way we can get our word across truly. We should begin work on it right away."
