I know, the title is awkward, but i can't come up with much else.
So, lately i've been picking up some GML at a rapid pace. Thanks to melee-master, I've started work on an actual DECENT game, among other things. I submitted a calculator program a few moments ago, a very basic one, but blah. Anyways, so.. what else to say…. umm…….So, in some news, lately… Protest have tended to erupt around the country over bush's actions. At my school, there was a walk-out. Two people were arrested. At the other school in my main area, 180 people were arrested.<IMG HEIGHT=500 WIDTH=500 SRC="http://64digits.com/users/MahFreenAmeh/100_0676.JPG">Picture i nabbed at the last moment of some protestors.I learned that some people don't like having pictures of themselves taken… like my best friends girlfriend.<IMG HEIGHT=500 width=500 src="http://64digits.com/users/MahFreenAmeh/100_0010.JPG">While, some people do like pictures being taken of them…<IMG HEIGHT=500 width=500 src="http://64digits.com/users/MahFreenAmeh/100_0011.JPG">Lately, i've been in a dry period. I haven't been able to create much to display… but yeah.Ah well. Welcome back, 64D!SQL ERRORS SUCK.
Haha, I am the GML God! Obey me!
*jokes*I don't blame them for protesting against Bush's actions…over…. which actions? Do you even know what you were protesting?
Some Facts about the war:
Bush has been claiming that he is "carrying out god's will". Does this not prove that you voted for a Holy War?Bush ordered more than 50,000 body bags before the war was approved. Why? Well, why not? It helped pressure Congress into agreeing.More than 10,000 kids die of starvation in the middle east everyday. What are we doing to help them? We're putting them out of their misery. When asked by the Media, Bush denies this war being inspired by prejudices against Muslims. However, people thta go to his church have heard him say that he is helping god by 'helping' those who deny him. How is he "helping" them? Killing their children? Invading their country?Bush is part of skull and bones…
What i am protesting, Korberos?
I don't protest for something that doesn't involve me in any, way, shape, or form.In other words, i wasn't protesting. A lot of people at my school were, however.I don't support the fact that he's trying to make it where Illegal immigrants can NEVER become legal immigrants, or the fact that he's trying to have a "Super-Wall" being built, but that doesn't mean i'm going to go out and protest it.Im not saying he hasnt done things that are protestable, but it should be noted that 99% of the people that protest against Bush have no clue what they're talking about.
I'd say 99% is stretching it LoL…
But I think we get your point…Yeah. I'm going to have to agree with Korberos on that one. But yeah, then again, 99% might be a bit tooo much.
alright, i take one look and i alreaDY now whats goin on. if u guys want to know WHY exactly he's making this law, simply because of how simply it is to get inside of the u.S. frankly, these people simply think it is a racist move, when it infact ISN'T. our protection to the south, simply is not protected well enough, and a terrorist could simply sail over there with ease and take out whatever it is he wanted. alot of people aren't thinking about the benifits of this. most of the people that were protesting were most likely illegal immigrants, and they knew that they would be soon deported. what most of them have forgotten is the fact that EVEN if you're an illegal immigrant, and u have a child born on U.S. land, then they can't touch you. most don't know that. back to the first reason, it was designed to keep any potential threats outside of the country. nobody thinks about that. we wouldn't have marajuana or cocqaine problems if we simply buckled down and started getting a clue, that we simply have our immigration laws too relaxed to a point where another 9/11 could happen with ease. fact of the mater is, is that bush is opening his eyes now, and is starting to see how insicure we truly are. *phew* do you guys understand now?
btw, now for some answers to your other questions…
etpayn:<quote>More than 10,000 kids die of starvation in the middle east everyday. What are we doing to help them? We're putting them out of their misery</quote>well, the kids in the middle east, are infact, none of our business. most politicians might want to look at what they have been doing recently. but this would be completely different if they looked at george washingtons will. <quote>whatever you do, do not meddle within other countries</quote> that means that we could be outside of a whole lot of trouble if we simply just stayed out of eachothers business.and the 99% thing? when i saw them protesting on the local news, more like 100%. but then again, 99% because very little were actually white and black and some other color. yup.
